Firm Friday: Week 4

Things have been going pretty well. I skipped the gym once this week and indulged on some TV time and couch, but I did feel guilty, and that is what its about right? No, not feeling guilty but my mind and body recognizing I should be working out. I returned and did an hour of Zumba (wednesday night) which was great. Just what I needed.

My water consumption has increased, which to be honest, I drink so much already.

I am eating less sugar.

Soda is still happening, but it is diet, which is a tiny bit better... (less calories)

Girl Diet IS NOT better...you need to google my blog about the diet stuff. I gave it up cold turkey after I has a colon cleanse finding out what it can do to your insides!
